Technical Responsibilities:

Development, Debugging, Deployment ,Performance Tuning.

Must have:

C#.Net

Windows Workflow Foundation or BizTalk Server Workflow (1 year)

Nice to have:

MVC

JavaScript / JQuery

SQL (TSQL, Stored Procedures, Views, etc.)

Telerik Kendo UI, Telerik Just Mock, Telerik ORM

Agile experience

Source Control:

Team Foundation Server

Good communication skills, clear, succinct, and to the point.

Honest and of a temperament that gives out an strong intangible that he/she will be a good fit
