Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret / SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in application and web development, you will be providing support to government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services. In addition, you will:
Provide application development for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment (including, but not limited to MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development knowledge) for custom in-house developed web applications
Provide web development and version control for a Microsoft-oriented enterprise environment using Government provided tools (Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 and later and Azure Dev Ops and later)
Participate in an iterative development team to include sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Use Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for all code changes and version controls
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to mitigate all findings identified during testing
Use Government provided templates for required documentation and ensure development related documents are stored in the Government identified document repository
Adhere to software development methods including Agile, SCRUM, and Lean
Utilize Azure Dev Ops to record and report bugs to Quality Assurance, project managers, and other stakeholders
Ensure SOPs, “How To” guides, testing plans, and accreditation paperwork are complete for each application
Provide project status reports to the Government
Leverage advanced programming skills to develop and incorporate mandatory fields of the DNI Audit.XML specification in accordance with ICS-500-27 Collection and Sharing of Audit Data
Build fully deployable packages for development, staging, integration, and production environments and submit deployment requests for approval
Create/update test plans and record the results within the developer documentation
Develop documentation to include test plans, end-user documentation, wireframes, mockups, Use Case Diagrams, and flowcharts
Estimate the level of effort required for all design, development, deployment, and testing and provide information to COR
Collaborate with peers to review code to ensure that best practices, team norms, and coding standards are followed

What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
8 years experience in .NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows Server web development)
5 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC)
5 years of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experience
5 years of experience in SQL database development stored procedures
5 years of experience mentoring junior personnel on proper practices and procedures
5 years of experience documenting software defects using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers and project managers
DoDD 8140.01 (formerly DoDD 8570.01-M) certification / IT Level II
Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Fairfax County, Virginia. Address disclosed after your clearance is verified.
