Qualification Notes from Hiring Manager:

Team needs heavy C# development skills, more backend focused as against front end. Looking for S/W Engineers as against Web Development
Mongo dB, Sql experience preferred

Programming code test over phone and in-person

Communication is very important - must be able to speak and articulate well with geographically disbursed teams
Agile experience preferred
Process maturity
Large environment background preferred as against small org
must have developed Complex application

Candidates who have had experience coding for complex algorithms \ those involving mathematical calculations will be excellent match

• API development and the ability to optimize C# application code for parallel execution for queued worker processes

o Ability to think in terms of large and complex systems and dependencies (e.g. make a change in location X and know what impact it has on several other dependent systems)

o Ability to reduce execution times and design code that can be broken into multiple units of execution that can be run in parallel

o Expert C# skills and the knowledge to implement domain models and APIs that adhere to SOLID principles

o Being able to create and maintain unit testing frameworks (our codebase has a high percentage of code coverage)

• REST service development against WebAPI back end

o Includes knowledge of security protocols for secure authentication such as SAML, OAUTH, etc.

o Understands ODATA formatting of REST queries

• Ideally experience with NoSQL (Mongo or equivalent) although SQL Server relational DB experience is helpful here. We use MongoDB
