Job Description
Jalasoft is looking for a highly skilled .NET C# Backend Lead to oversee our backend development team and drive the creation of exceptional software solutions. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for guiding your team in developing scalable, efficient, and high-performance backend systems. You will collaborate closely with other technical leads and project managers to define architecture, lead technical discussions, and ensure code quality. If you are a passionate developer with leadership experience and a strong background in C# and .NET technologies, we would love to have you on board!
Requirements:
Must Have
• 7+ years of overall software development experience as a backend developer
• Experience leading or coordinating development teams
• Strong experience with C# and .NET 8+
• Experience with task and repository management tools
• Solid knowledge of Cloud development (AWS fundamentals, Lambda, and Step Functions)
• Good software engineering practices (clean code, separation of concerns, maintainability)
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines
• Good English communication
Nice-to-Have
• Backend experience with Python
• End-to-end testing experience
• CI/CD knowledge on Cloud platforms and pipelines (Jenkins included)
