Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced engineering leader to join our team and lead the implementation, scaling, and growth of multiple platform software solutions that deliver complex features to Business verticals. As a Team Lead, you will act as both a technical authority and an engineering manager, responsible for guiding technical direction, ensuring delivery, and fostering team growth. This role blends technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to build scalable and reliable solutions.

You’ll be part of an international environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape and evolve our platform and digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business needs from customers, stakeholders, and product managers, translating them into clear and actionable development tasks.
• Design, document, and communicate scalable solution architectures, assessing technical impact, effort, and resource requirements.
• Own the technical knowledge over the full domain and ensure effective system integration.
• Design and implement scalable backend services, leveraging cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Drive engineering maturity, fostering customer‑centric design and architecture practices at scale.
• Promote and enforce best practices in coding standards, software quality, code reviews, and system architecture.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, reliable deployments and high system stability.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize team activities, and ensure predictable, on‑time delivery of features and solutions.
• Lead by example, mentor engineers, and provide guidance to support their technical growth and career development.
• Ensure strong team engagement, motivation, continuous learning, and a collaborative engineering culture.
• Participate in recruitment efforts and uphold high standards for technical excellence across the team.


Requirements:
Must Have

• Proven technical leadership and people management experience (team lead or similar).
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance short‑term delivery pressure with long‑term technical vision.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience developing and operating scalable, distributed systems.
• Strong software architecture skills, including microservices, system design, and performance optimization.
• Deep understanding of concurrency, asynchronous workflows, and performance best practices.
• Commitment to clean code, testing, quality, and full software lifecycle ownership.
• Proficiency in .NET.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation.
• Solid knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Go is a plus.
• Experience in Telecom is a plus.
