Position: NEMT Operations Associate
Work Schedule: US Hours (EST)
Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term
Salary Rate: USD 700 - 1,000/ Month
Benefit: 10 PTO and HMO after the probationary period
Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly
Equipment: Self-Provide
Job Summary:
As Wingz continues to grow in the NEMT field, we are expanding our team to keep up with demand. Accepted candidates may start in a Support Team capacity and can be moved into one of the following specialized roles based on their skills, performance, and our operational needs:
Market Associate
• Build and manage relationships with healthcare facilities, brokers, and partners
• Drive outreach, pipeline activity, and market growth in assigned US territories
• Best fit: business development, sales, client relations, partnership management
Driver Safety & Reliability
• Monitor driver performance and safety scores
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective action protocols
• Best fit: fleet operations, logistics, QA, safety management, transport compliance
Driver Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end driver onboarding — documentation, background checks, training, system enrollment
• Ensure every driver is deployment-ready before their first trip
• Best fit: HR operations, people operations, workforce admin, talent coordination
Compliance
• Ensure operations align with NEMT federal and state regulations
• Maintain audit-ready records and resolve compliance gaps
• Best fit: regulatory compliance, healthcare admin, risk management, policy implementation

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in any of the tracks above
• Strong written and verbal English — professional and confident
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, US-facing environment
• Proficient with data, trackers, dashboards, and operations tools
• Experience with US-based clients or companies is a strong advantage
• Leadership or team coordination experience is a significant advantage — considered for senior or lead-level placement
