Need SharePoint 2013 Designer

Designing Office 365 SharePoint Sites

Purpose: It is the intent of the Department of Education, (Department/FDOE/FLDOE), using the Request for Quote (RFQ) process, to select the most qualified, Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services vendor on the State of Florida, Information Technology Staff Augmentation Services Contract #80101507-SA-15-1, to provide a highly skilled Data Analyst for an estimated 2008 hours from July 2017 to June 2018 to provide advanced level Data Architect Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Preferred Bachelor‘s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent work experience

a. General experience:

i. 5+ years’ experience managing and leading e-mail migration projects

b. Relevant experience:

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing SharePoint sites, including using SharePoint Designer

• Experience automating business processes and writing SharePoint workflows

• Experience creating custom forms using SharePoint Designer and/or Microsoft InfoPath

• Must have strong desire to learn new skills, works well in a team environment and also helps with all aspects of SDLC

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience developing custom features on SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013. Working knowledge of collaboration, search, application integration, content management, solution deployment, InfoPath, Excel services, workflow using Visual Studio, business data services, reporting services and SharePoint Designer ( SharePoint 2013 App Development a plus).

• In-depth experience with SharePoint Designer, Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Designer Workflows, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Installation and Configuration

• Office 365 Onboarding, Application Development, Content Migrations and Manage Services across all O365 stacks. Lead Enterprise Architecture, Strategy and Implementation for Office 365 - SharePoint, Office 365 - Defines solutions strategies and roadmaps for Office 365 working closely with Customer Senior Leadership.

2. General

a. Adaptability and Flexibility:

i. Ability to self-learn/learn tools of trade and adapt to different environments with little or no guidance.

b. Office Tools:

i. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word, working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Project

c. Communication:

i. Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Defines programs and roadmaps of Office 365 solutions/projects aligned to established priorities and project schedules.
• Ability to build office 365 SharePoint portals, and sites.
• Ability to deliver and implement into a production environment SharePoint custom workflows and applications.
