Job Description:

· Client Acquisition: Identify and attract potential clients interested in purchasing properties.
· Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on property prices, mortgage options, payment terms, financing options and customize solutions by conducting a deep dive analysis of the application, credit profile, financials, and ensuring options offered fit within the guidelines of the buyer.
· Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market to offer informed recommendations to clients.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Sales Support: Assist clients throughout the property buying process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.

Requirements:
· 1+ years of sales experience in Real-Estate or Mortgage.
· Strong communication & negotiation skills.
