What you will do: Deliver outstanding customer support in crypto trading via live chat, tickets, and email Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-ups on escalations when required Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency Be a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays What you need to succeed in this role: Native Russian and strong English proficiency (minimum B2; C1 preferred) At least 6–12 months of online customer support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services Experience in live chat support and handling customer inquiries Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills Proof validation skills or payment/banking knowledge Financial background is strongly preferred Positive and responsible attitude Crypto industry knowledge is a plus CRM experience is an advantage Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunity to cooperate fully remotely Inclusive international environment Compensation in USD Rewards for referring friends Balance between project workload and personal time, but also – internal health policy Responsive leadership interested in your development and long-lasting cooperation Greenhouse conditions for self-development A culture built on trust, with no time-tracking requirements *The items listed in this section may vary depending on the terms of your engagement.
