Role Purpose

To lead the Sales team across specified regions to deliver the agreed sales target, develop and embed the Sales Strategy and to develop the team. To manage and coordinate resources across team to deliver a high quality, customer centric approach to sales across all revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership and Team Management

To drive high-performing sales results across the specified regions and cultivate a dedicated, customer-focused sales team.

Deliver ambitious but achievable monthly sales targets across the team and track progress rigorously

To create, monitor and manage the success criteria for the Sales function

To develop and resource the Sales function to meet the current and future needs of the business

Conduct regular goal-setting and progress review meetings

Increase the sales team's performance through consistent coaching and development initiatives.

Conduct regular reviews and updates in resource allocation based on performance metrics

Mentor team members and provide regular feedback to aid their personal and professional development

Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to exit for allocated regions. 

Account Management

Conduct regular market research and exploration of new sales opportunities.

Grow and maintain relationships across key accounts, agents, strategic partners and S&P Group Companies. 

Quality and process improvement 

Analyse, identify and manage opportunities and improvements across all business functions.

Establish rigorous quality control measures to ensure high-quality, customer-centric sales approaches.

To lead and manage utilisation of our CRM system to ensure that key customer and stakeholder information is collected and maintained.

Collate and analyse customer feedback to ensure that the highest standards of customer satisfaction are reached and maintained and identify opportunities for development 

Sales Strategy Development and Delivery

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Director and marketing team to research and identify potential new sales channels or revenue streams

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that results in growth in new customer acquisition, repeat customer and referrals.

Regularly evaluate and adapt resource allocation strategies to enhance efficiency

         Key skills required :

Strong coaching and mentoring skills to improve performance.

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a regional or multi‑site sales team.

Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.

Experience identifying new revenue streams, channels, or market opportunities.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to hit and exceed regional revenue targets.

Ability to analyse data, market trends, and competitor insights to guide decisions.

Confident presenting to leadership teams or contributing to strategic discussions.

Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
