Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a National Sales Director. The National Sales Director will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, developing a territory strategy, and achieving revenue targets. Key tasks include sourcing, building and maintaining client relationships, ongoing account management, and planning strategies to expand market reach and opportunities. This sales role requires a high level of collaboration, organization, and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Multifamily sales, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
Strong knowledge of Multifamily needs and the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize market positioning
Proficiency in account management with exceptional relationship-building and client retention capabilities
Excellent communication and analytic skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
Experience in multifamily housing, multifamily marketing and/or software sales is a plus
