Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, the National Account Manager will focus on driving net-new corporate and legal revenue across British Columbia. The role is dedicated exclusively to corporate and legal clients, not government or insurance-based work. The successful candidate will spend a significant time building in-person relationships in the British Columbia corporate markets, including law firms, corporate offices, and professional services environments.

What You Will Do:
Develop and execute a territory-based sales plan focused on net-new corporate and legal clients
Build relationships with HR leaders, legal professionals, executives, risk managers, and security leaders
Generate opportunities through networking, cold outreach, trade shows, events, and referrals
Present services to small and large groups, both formally and informally
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery
Manage long and short sales cycles ranging from urgent, time-sensitive matters to relationship led deals
Maintain a strong activity discipline and reporting as part of a broader sales team
Represent the firm professionally in boardrooms, industry events, and client-facing settings
What You Will Bring:
5 + years of high-level B2B sales experience in professional services, risk services, security, investigations, legal support services, labour relations, or consulting
Proven experience selling to corporate decision makers including HR, Legal, Risk, Security, Finance, and Executive Leadership
Established network within corporate, legal, HR or security environments
Experience developing sales plans and managing territories
Comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences
High emotional intelligence and strong executive presence
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team
Highly organized
Self-motivated
Exceptional communication skills
Experience with law firms or litigation support environments is an asset
Risk management designations or similar credentials are an asset
