Deine Aufgabe ist es, interne Agenturprozesse sowie Marketing- und Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kund:innen intelligent zu automatisieren. Der Fokus liegt klar auf Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und praxisnahen Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

Konzeption, Umsetzung und Wartung komplexer Automatisierungen mit n8n

Automatisierung interner Agenturprozesse (Sales, Marketing, Reporting, Operations)

Automatisierung von Marketing- und Geschäftsprozessen für Kund:innen

Entwicklung von Scraping-Automatisierungen (APIs, strukturierte & unstrukturierte Daten)

Integration und Automatisierung von KI-Workflows

Video- und Bilderstellung mit KI

Text- und Content-Generierung

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Chatbots (z. B. für Support, Sales, interne Nutzung)

Automatisierte Erstellung von Produktlistings (E-Commerce, Marktplätze, Feeds)

Anbindung und Orchestrierung von Tools, APIs, Datenbanken und externen Services

Dokumentation der Workflows und saubere Übergabe an Team und Kund:innen

Dein Profil

Sehr gute praktische Erfahrung mit n8n oder vergleichbaren Automatisierungs-Tools

Solider Programmierungshintergrund (z. B. JavaScript, TypeScript, Python)

Sicherer Umgang mit APIs, Webhooks, REST, JSON und Authentifizierungsverfahren

Erfahrung mit Web Scraping (stabile, rechtssichere Lösungen)

Interesse oder Erfahrung im Bereich KI-gestützte Automatisierungen

Verständnis für Marketing-, Agentur- oder E-Commerce-Prozesse von Vorteil

Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sprachkenntnisse

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Arbeits- und Projektsprache)
