About the role

We are seeking a Senior/ Executive, Business Processing who is responsible for processing clients' data and ensuring all data is processed accurately and timely. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and the ability to deal with ambiguity, especially in a start-up environment.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Business Processing.

A summary of the key responsibilities is as follows:

Manage day-to-day policy servicing function to ensure that all transactions are processed in the agreed turnaround time.

Receive, validate and maintain clients’ data in the system.

Ensure all data are processed accurately and timely.

Conduct validation process and data audit as required, ensuring accuracy of data is maintained throughout the system.

Generate operational reports as and when necessary.

Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.

About you

Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines with minimally 2 years of relevant experience

Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally

Discipline and meticulous with ability to work both independently and as a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite applications

A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
