[MY] Intern, People Operations (HR)

We support business needs by attracting, hiring and developing talent to build up a strong organization, while managing our workplace and people operations in a way that keeps employees engaged and productive at work.

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern, People Operations to join our People & Culture team at Doctor Anywhere and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, HR systems, and people processes that support employees across the organization.

If you want real HR experience beyond filing and admin work, this internship will give you exposure to HR systems, operations, and projects that make a real impact. This isn’t just an admin internship, you’ll work on a real HR system migration project and learn how modern HR teams manage employee data, systems, and processes.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Regional People Operations Specialist

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Support the HR system migration project, including data preparation, validation, and system testing.

Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Provide support in HR reporting and People Operations projects as required.

Work closely with the People Operations team on ongoing HR initiatives and operational tasks.

Support the People & Culture team with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

About you 

Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

Strong interest in HR Reporting and Operations Projects

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges. 

Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
