Job Overview: 

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business operations, including analyzing metrics, developing process guidance tools, and providing cross-functional support. You will collaborate with global teams on projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and presenting insights to drive continuous optimization. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: 

Assist in analyzing operational metrics and dashboards and help prepare presentations. 

Support the development of tools and resources for process guidance. 

Provide operational support to various departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations. 

Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing and optimizing processes. 

Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects and initiatives. 

Assist in preparing and presenting weekly reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement. 

Ensure tasks and processes are completed in a timely manner and meet expectations through proactive oversight and follow-up. 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, administration, communications, or a related field. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination across departments and global teams. 

Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (B2).

Organizational skills with great attention to detail. 

Critical thinking, analytics, problem-solving, and time management abilities. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
