Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, or Pune

Experience: 6+ Years

Compensation: ₹2.7Cr - 3.4Cr LPA

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• API Operations & Monitoring:
Use POSTMAN to execute and validate API requests, automate testing, verify responses, and continuously monitor API health.
• SIM/eSIM Lifecycle Management:
Configure, activate, and validate SIM/eSIM profiles; troubleshoot complex issues related to network attachment, authentication, and activation on Android and iOS devices.
• Network Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve roaming issues, IMSI/APN misconfigurations, and VoWiFi registration failures.
• System & Network Integration:
Leverage APIs for seamless MVNE/MNO integrations and develop automation scripts for network testing and ticket handling.
• Performance & Log Analysis:
Analyze UE logs and key network KPIs in 5G NSA/SA environments to identify root causes and prevent recurring service issues.
• Technical Support & Documentation:
Maintain troubleshooting workflows, documentation, and knowledge bases for device certification and network compatibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in Telecom Operations, with strong exposure to MVNO/MVNE environments.
• SIM/eSIM Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with SIM/eSIM profiling, activation, and lifecycle management.
• API Tools: Advanced proficiency in POSTMAN for API-based configuration and validation.
• Network Architecture: Strong understanding of 5G NSA/SA architectures and device-side logging.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of VoLTE and VoWiFi call flows.
• Hands-on experience with IMSI and APN configurations.
• Experience building or using automation scripts for network testing and ticket management.
