Roles & Responsibilities:
• Issues & outages troubleshooting and quick resolution.
• Level-1 SR closures.
• Daily Checklist executions (EOD and BOD Jobs).
• Daily Health Checks.(on Applications, Middleware and DB servers)
• Working on new server inductions.
• DR Drill executions.
• Data purging activities.
• Monitoring alerts generated through tools and taking appropriate actions by coordinating with respective teams.
• Basic knowledge in any monitoring tools.
• Scheduling Planned activities by ensuring follow up on UAT signoff, production downtime confirmation.
• ARSIM Gaps Closure, Vulnerability closure.
• Compliance activities like OS patching, server maintenance.
• Port opening/firewall related process
• CR execution for application deployments
• Backend updates in the database.
• SSL Certificate renewal and tracking.
• UAT Infra issues
• Backup policies maintenance & review
• Inventory maintenance.
• Reindexing, Stats gathering in DB.
• Oracle/SQL DB and Application review & implementation and upgradation.
• Un-supported DB(Oracle, MSSQL)/WebLogic/OHS/WAS/IHS/OS(Linux, Windows, AIX, Solaris) version review upgrade.
• Identify & automate existing processes
• Server resource trend analysis from month end/year end point of view
• Audit Data collection and sharing.
• Inter team discussion calls
• SOP maintenance
• Preparing and sending various status reports to seniors
• Handling compliance and governance activities of Tech Operations
• Interacting with internal and external auditors or regulators and closing observations shared by same.
• Excellent team leading and stakeholder managing qualities
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
Murex Support (iFCN, iBex, Greeksoft, Metagrid Enterprise), Windows Server, Strong Unix / Linux system administration, Oracle, MS SQL Server
Secondary Skills:
Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Any cloud platform, well versed with cloud technologies
Good to have:
