Multisite Manager | Merchant 1948 & Mi Piaci

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Multi-Site Store Manager to lead our teams across Merchant 1948 Milford and Mi Piaci Milford.

This is a split role across both stores – perfect for a strong retail leader who thrives on variety, loves developing people, and knows how to drive performance across multiple environments.

You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your teams, and creating high-performing, positive store cultures across both brands.

Here’s what’s on offer:

Role: Multi-Site Store Manager
Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week 
Salary: $66,000 + bonus potential

What your days will look like:

Leading and overseeing daily operations across both stores

Coaching and developing two teams to deliver strong results

Driving sales performance and exceeding targets

Creating inspiring, inclusive and motivated team cultures

Managing rosters, stock levels and visual standards

Ensuring brand standards are upheld across both environments

Handling reporting, admin and operational responsibilities

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have multi-site or senior retail leadership experience

Have a proven track record of driving sales results

Are passionate about developing others and building capability

Lead with confidence, energy and accountability

Can juggle priorities while keeping standards high
