Overview:

We’re looking for a talented Multimedia Designer to create compelling visual content that brings our brand, products, and educational content to life. You’ll be responsible for designing high-impact graphics for our website, articles, and organic content, as well as producing motion graphics to support product and concept explainers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging motion graphics (animations, short videos, explainer segments) to simplify complex crypto and financial topics

Create high-quality graphics to support social media and website content, ensuring seamless integration with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals.

Manage multiple projects, delivering polished assets on tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Stay ahead of design trends and AI tools to keep our content innovative and cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Animation, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, with 4+ years of visual design experience. Experience in fintech or blockchain is a plus.

Proven expertise in multimedia design, with advanced skills in motion graphics and animation (portfolio required).

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma or equivalent software.

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, and color theory.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with precision.

(Preferred) Experience in crypto, blockchain, or fintech marketing (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, Web3 content).

Strong stress resistance, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to project demands.

Nice to Have

Experience with web UX and content design

Familiarity with C4D is an advantage, with the ability to create both 3D and 2D motion graphics.
