What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a Multimedia Content Designer who understands that content only matters if it performs. You are the partner to our Senior Content Strategist, bringing ideas to life through video, motion, and visual assets across formats. You are comfortable moving between video editing, motion, and design depending on the need, while maintaining strong attention to detail, speed, and quality. You pay attention to how your work performs and continuously refine it based on what does and doesn’t deliver. You use tools, including AI, to move faster, and you are motivated to grow your understanding of how content drives results.

Success criteria for this role: 

You execute across formats: You can take an idea and turn it into high-quality content across video, motion, and design, adapting to different formats without sacrificing quality.

You master video and motion: You are confident editing for YouTube and social, with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and retention.

You build for performance: You pay attention to how your content performs and are able to iterate and improve based on feedback and results.

You use AI to move faster: You leverage AI tools to improve your workflow and increase output, without compromising quality.

You have SaaS / Agency / content-driven experience: You understand how to create content that communicates value clearly and effectively.

You are a multi-format creator: You are comfortable working across video, motion, and static assets depending on the need.

You understand Direct Response: You know the visual difference between "Brand Awareness" and "Conversion."

What you’ll be doing:

Video Production: Editing and producing content for YouTube and social media, focusing on clarity, engagement, and retention.

Motion & Visual Content: Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, including infographics and supporting visuals.

Content Execution Across Formats: Bringing ideas to life across social media, ads, web, and other digital channels, adapting content into multiple formats and variations.

Iteration & Improvement: Refining and improving content based on feedback and performance, continuously optimizing output over time.
