Monks is looking for a Multimedia Designer who will design, create, manipulate and tailor graphics, images, sound, animation, video and text to create integrated multimedia assets. A multimedia developer can combine design skills with technical knowledge to create digital products and websites.

Qualification Requirements

• +2 years of experience working in the advertising industry as a mid-level role.

• Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, X, and Tik Tok).

• Visualization of creative campaigns for different brands.

• +3 years minimum digital experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver on the agreed dates to achieve goals.

• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines, manage between accounts and the corresponding teams.

• Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.

• Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real time.

• Work hand to hand with the Social Media Team to provide ideas for the always on publications.

• Localize assets (video and images) following the guidelines of each material.
