Multimedia Designer

Chain Reaction is looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging multimedia content across various platforms. This role requires a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client objectives and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging multimedia content across various platforms, including video, animation, graphics, and interactive media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives and client requirements.
• Support the creative team by contributing fresh ideas and executing multimedia assets from concept to final delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in multimedia design, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies into projects where relevant.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and design standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related visual field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a design, production, or similar multimedia role.
• A strong, curated portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and/or video production.
• Solid working knowledge of industry-standard design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with full professional fluency and the ability to clearly present design concepts and ideas.
• A keen eye for visual detail, typography, color, and layout consistency.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
