Our Hungarian team provides multilingual support for clients across Europe in a professional, collaborative, and friendly environment.
Tasks:
• Provide information about products and services via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with order processing, delivery tracking, and service-related inquiries
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of solar panel systems through internal tools (e.g., reading graphs, restarting systems, troubleshooting issues)
• Support installation and technical setup of e-bikes, including app connectivity and client training
• Coordinate warranty-related replacements and repairs
• Communicate delivery updates and resolve shipment-related issues
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth technical and service operations
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong technical curiosity or interest in renewable energy or connected devices
• Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – trainings are held in English)
• Advanced 2nd language skills: French/German/Dutch/Italian/Portugal/Spanish (minimum C1 level)
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
