We’re Hiring! Multifamily Leasing Consultant – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

** Position eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus (payable after 90 days of employment)

This role focuses on leasing apartment homes, assisting prospective residents, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and present available units

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Guide applicants through the leasing process

Build strong relationships with current and prospective residents

Support marketing and leasing initiatives

Maintain accurate leasing records

Qualifications

Previous leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred

Strong communication and sales skills

Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office

Availability to work weekends

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
