What You'll Do

As a Graphic Designer at BCG, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life through innovative, impactful design. You’ll partner with consulting teams and business stakeholders to transform complex concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging stories. You will:

Collaborate with consultant teams and business partners to develop creative concepts that communicate strategic messages across multiple media and formats.
Lead the design process from brief through execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and BCG’s high creative standards.
Design and produce a wide variety of visual assets, including presentations, branding, digital campaigns, infographics, web and social content, prototypes, event collateral, and marketing materials.
Confidently present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and thought process.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to BCG brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to elevate visual storytelling.

What You'll Bring

Experience: 2–4 years in a design role (agency, corporate, or consulting), with a portfolio showcasing breadth, creativity and impact.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Familiarity with Figma and Miro; bonus for Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or digital illustration skills.
Gen-AI Knowledge: Practical experience using Generative AI tools for creative content and visual development.
Design Foundation: Solid grasp of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, digital trends, and user-centered design.
Portfolio: A standout portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to execute across multiple media.
Languages: Excellent English for effective global collaboration.
