Target Housing are hiring for a Multi Trade Operative - Joiner to join their Maintenance Team.
Locations: Hull/Grimsby
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (39 hours per week)

Main Duties:
Carrying out repairs, maintenance, improvements, and refurbishment across Target Housing properties (both occupied and void).
Working flexibly across joinery tasks, with some knowledge of other trades (such as plumbing) to deliver a reliable and responsive repairs service.
Ensuring all works meet health & safety requirements, while keeping residents at the heart of what you do.
Keeping accurate records of works carried out via our housing management systems.
Taking responsibility for your van stock, equipment, and tools.
Liaising with colleagues across the organisation to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
Person Specification:
Experience and qualifications in joinery
A good understanding of other trades (e.g. plumbing, basic repairs)
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions
Confidence using digital devices (PDA/iPad) to log work
A customer-focused approach, with good communication skills
Full Valid UK Driving Licence
