Novotel London Blackfriars: A modern, upscale hotel offering a premium experience with 182 keys, contemporary meeting rooms, and leisure facilities. It is home to the new MAM (Mad About Med) concept that plays a key role in the hotel’s commercial strategy.
ibis London Blackfriars: A dynamic and high-performing economy hotel with 297 recently refurbished to KAI circular concept bedrooms and Charlie's Corner bar. Together the two hotels form a complex operation of nearly 480 keys —requiring a General Manager who can lead with strategic focus and a strong passion for innovative F&B and guest engagement.
YOUR ROLE: • Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing team that delivers excellence every day. • Provide strategic and operational leadership across both hotels. • Drive revenue growth, cost control and overall financial performance. • Maximise the success and evolution of the MAM concept Restaurant. • Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and brand compliance. • Act as a visible leader and ambassador for ibis, Novotel and Accor
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: • Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment. • Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results. • Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
