We are seeking a skilled Multi-Platform App Developer with strong experience in both native and hybrid mobile development, especially on Android. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our hybrid applications using C# and .NET MAUI to deliver both Android and Windows executables, while applying your native Android knowledge to improve app performance, responsiveness, and resource efficiency on the Android platform.

You will work closely with our mobile, backend, and UX teams to deliver high-quality experiences that scale across devices and regions.

What you will do

Hybrid App Development

•Develop and maintain hybrid applications using C# and .NET MAUI.

•Implement new features, improve existing components, and ensure code quality and maintainability.

Android Performance Optimization

•Analyze and optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.

•Leverage native Android expertise to solve platform-specific issues.

•Create or enhance platform-specific implementations in .NET MAUI using native bindings.

•Implement clean architecture principles, ensuring modularity and scalability.

•Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines for mobile deployments.

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

•Work closely with designers, testers, product owners, and other developers.

•Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making.

•Contribute to documentation and internal best-practices.

Technical Skills

•Strong experience in native Android development.

•Solid experience building hybrid/ cross-platform apps using mainly .NET MAUI but other frameworks are also valued, such as Xamarin, Flutter, or React Native.

•Proficiency in C# and familiarity with the .NET ecosystem.

•Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and Android resource handling.

•Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile testing practices.

Nice-to-have

•Experience with .NET MAUI’s platform-specific renderers/handlers.

•Knowledge of mobile security best practices.

•Experience with Android profiling tools (Android Studio Profiler, Systrace, Logcat, ADB).

•Familiarity with Web Development, especially with the Angular framework

Soft Skills

•Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.

•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

•Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
