About the Role:
The Multi‑Media Coordinator and IT Support Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing and informational media while providing basic technology support to staff and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop original designs for flyers, postcards, brochures, and other marketing materials
as specified by the Company.
Editing: Revise and update existing designs as needed.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the Company’s team to brainstorm and conceptualize design
ideas.
Formatting: Ensure all designs are formatted correctly for both print and digital distribution.
Brand Consistency: Adhere to the Company’s brand guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel
across all materials.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from the Company into designs promptly.
File Delivery: Provide final design files in the required formats (e.g., PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI) and ensure they
are print-ready or suitable for digital use.
Project Timeline
Initial Design Concepts: Deliver initial design concepts within 48 business hours of receiving the project brief.
Revisions: Provide revisions within 24 business hours after receiving feedback.
Final Delivery: Submit final design files within 24 business hours of approval of the last revision
Communication:
Meetings: Attend scheduled meetings (virtual or in-person) to discuss project progress and feedback.
Updates: Provide regular updates on the project status via email or project management tools as specified by the Company.
Account Management:
Reset passwords and manage user permissions in compliance with security policies
Assist upper management in purchasing new devices
Set up and configure new employee hardware for onboarding
Remove access and recover equipment during offboarding
Provide basic user training and guidance on 2 Factor-Authentication during orientation
Device Management:
Manage and maintain the IT asset tracking system, accurately recording device assignments, status changes, repairs, and inventory updates
Regularly audit and update asset records to ensure compliance, accuracy, and accountability
Maintain accurate records of system changes, incidents, and resolutions
Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is met
Prepare returned devices for future use by verifying functionality, updates, and standard configurations
Technical Troubleshooting:
Provide timely technical support to staff and contractors via phone, email, and in person
Reset passwords and manage user permissions in compliance with security policies
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, and peripheral issues
Coordinate and/or perform computer hardware and software repairs, including troubleshooting device performance issues, replacing components, etc.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues including VPN, Wi‑Fi, and local network access
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher‑level IT vendor as appropriate
Assist with deployment of loaner and replacement devices
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Associate degree (preferred) in graphic design, multimedia marketing, or a related
License preferred but not
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, advertising, applied science, computer science, information science and/or information technology.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic graphic design and visual communication skills
Computer literacy and general technical troubleshooting ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Organization and time‑management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn
Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
