We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Multi-Craft Technician to join our team. The Multi-Craft Technician will be responsible for maintaining facility equipment, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting operational efficiency. Your Work Schedule

This is a 12-hour shift, with an immediate opening for night shift, requiring availability for every other weekend, with the possibility of overtime.

Flexibility is needed for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity of facility assets.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly by conducting corrective maintenance on malfunctioning equipment and systems.

Acquire, manage, and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies necessary for maintenance projects and repairs.

Participate in special projects focused on improving equipment designs and operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with team members to support and facilitate training and development in maintenance skills, sharing knowledge and expertise.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar maintenance role, with a strong background in both mechanical and electrical systems.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities with hands-on experience in controls, PLCs, and pneumatic systems.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts.

Prepared to work in various environments, including both indoor and outdoor settings, and able to handle exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, support training initiatives, and ensure clear documentation of maintenance activities.
