Saira is pleased to invite Persons with Disability to a 3-Day, offline, 'MS Excel Certification and Job Fair for Persons with Disability' program.
JOB FAIR for the following roles:
Sales Administrative (Administration)
Sales & Marketing Commercial Officer (Warehouse and Vendor management)
Purchase Executive (Supply chain role-Purchase of packaging material)
Distribution Executive (Supply chain role - Dispatch, logistics, stock)
 
Candidate Eligibility Criteria – Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
PwD Freshers
• Preferred educational background: BBA, B.Com, BMS, M.Com, MBA
• For Supply Chain roles: BBA / MBA with specialization in Supply Chain preferred
• For Sales Administration & Commercial roles: Educational qualifications are flexible, subject to role suitability
• PwD students who are yet to graduate are also welcome (2025-26 batch).
PwD Experienced candidates
• Educational background: Flexible
• Mandatory: Relevant prior work experience aligned to the role
Dates: 5th, 6th and 7th of March 2026
Location: Mumbai 
Offline - for freshers training is mandatory.
Online - for experienced candidates.
Disability Types: 
Here are the disability types the client can support at the moment:
1. Physical Disabilities (Locomotor disability, Muscular dystrophy, Dwarfism ) - the disability should not restrict independent mobility of the candidate - the candidate should not depend on wheelchair/ walker/crutches for movement.  Independently operating laptop and independent commute.
2. Learning Disabilities, with prior work experience.
3. Hearing Impairment: Candidates who can communicate well verbally with the use of Cochlear Implants or Hearing aids.
4. Thalassemia, Hemophilia, Sickle Disease
