MS Dynamics Solution Lead

We are seeking an accomplished senior leader to spearhead our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform practice, with strong expertise in Azure, integrations, and data solutions. This individual will drive end-to-end presales, solutioning, and business development for the Financial Services domain, ensuring proactive engagement with clients and successful delivery of complex enterprise solutions

Locations : Hyderabad and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Presales & Solutioning: Own end-to-end presales activities including RFP responses, proposals, and proactive pursuits.
Design and present innovative solutions leveraging Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, Azure services, and integration frameworks. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and craft winning strategies.

Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Financial Services processes and regulatory requirements to solution design.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients on digital transformation initiatives.

Business Development: Drive proactive pipeline generation and client engagement. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making at senior levels.

Team Enablement: Mentor and guide solution architects and consultants. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the practice

Requirements:
Experience : 20yrs to 25 yrs

Skills :Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform,Azure & Gen AI (Copilot) expertise

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Experience in global delivery models and large-scale transformation programmers.

Domain Knowledge:

• Extensive experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets).

Presales & Solutioning:

• Demonstrated success in leading RFP responses, solution design, and client presentations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Leadership & Business Acumen:

• Track record of building practices, driving revenue growth, and managing senior client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
