Must Have: 

· Resource must have worked on CRM 2011 or CRM 2013 for at least 2-3 year.

· Should be able to create and debug Plugins.

· Should be able to create and debug Custom Workflow activities.

· Should be able to work on customization and complex JavaScript.

· Should be able to do Ribbon customization Understanding of Solutions, Security in Dynamics CRM.

· Should have worked on WCF for at least 6 months.

· Should have worked on CRM SSRS reports. 

· Should be able to work independently on a module. 

· Understanding of SRS/Functional Specs documents.

· Should have good communication skill. 

Good to Have: 

· Understanding of Silverlight/HTML5 

· Understanding of CRM Business Process (functional) 

· Understanding of Agile Methodology

· Understanding of using Developer Toolkit for Dynamics CRM .
