Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for working on project delivery as well as hands-on development is required.
• Technically very strong on MS CRM domain.
• Must have excellent functional knowledge of all CRM modules.
• Responsible for managing resources.
• Responsible for analyzing and estimating client requirements.
• Providing technical design and solutions for various client requirements.
• Engage in development tasks when required.
