Job Description

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

On-Call: As needed (Call-back: 2-hour minimum at time-and-a-half)

Pay Range: $29.89/hr (2 yrs exp) – $39.76/hr (17+ yrs exp)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Relocation Assistance: Available for eligible candidates

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced MRI Technologist to join a modern, well-supported diagnostic imaging department. This role involves performing high-quality MRI exams, operating advanced MRI equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining accurate imaging and documentation in PACS. Ideal for candidates with strong anatomical knowledge and ARRT credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures based on protocol and physician orders

• Ensure strict MRI safety for patients, staff, and equipment

• Produce high-quality diagnostic images with strong attention to cross-sectional anatomy

• Review patient history and clarify clinical details as needed

• Accurately process and document images in PACS/EMR

• Provide exceptional communication and patient care during exams

• Maintain MRI suite cleanliness, readiness, and equipment functionality

• Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology

• 1+ year of MRI Technologist experience required (3+ years preferred)

• ARRT (R) and ARRT (MR) certifications

• Florida Registered Radiologic Technologist license

• BLS certification
