LMR Technical Group (LMR) LMR is seeking a MQ-9 Simulator Console Operator (SCO) to support MQ-9 Aircrew Training operations.
Location: Creech AFB, NV
Job Description:
The Simulator Console Operator provides real-time mission support during MQ-9 simulator training events. This role ensures training realism and supports formal training syllabi, continuation training, and special training events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and configure scheduled MQ-9 simulator missions.
Provide real-time scenario adjustments during training events.
Emulate white cell agencies and injects during simulator missions.
Troubleshoot simulator discrepancies and coordinate maintenance support.
Maintain simulator usage logs and discrepancy reports.
Support mission debriefs and provide event feedback.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Prior MQ-9 operational experience preferred (Pilot or Sensor Operator).
Experience operating or supporting tactical simulators.
Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret eligibility preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mission support software.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting formal training units.
Weapons School support experience.
Familiarity with tactical simulation environments.
