Mowing Foreman

Position Overview:
Inch & Co. Outdoor is seeking an experienced and motivated Mowing Foreman to lead a lawn maintenance crew. This position is responsible for overseeing daily mowing operations, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining efficiency and safety on all job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a mowing crew on a daily basis

Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing for residential and commercial properties

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations

Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment use

Operate and maintain mowing equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs

Manage job site schedules and ensure timely completion of work

Communicate effectively with management and clients as needed

Enforce safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

Prior experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping required

Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred

Strong knowledge of mowing practices and equipment operation

Ability to lead a team and maintain productivity

Valid driver’s license (required)

Ability to operate trucks and trailers (required)

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
