What You’ll Do
As a Mowing Crew Member, you’ll work with a team to maintain residential and commercial properties across Central Illinois. You’ll operate professional mowing equipment, trim and edge for clean finishes, and help keep landscapes looking sharp and consistent throughout the season.
You’ll start your day with a clear plan and move efficiently from property to property, working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are part of every shift. By the end of the day, you’ll see exactly what you accomplished.
What You Bring
A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Attention to detail and pride in clean, consistent results
Ability to follow direction and contribute to a productive crew environment
Valid driver’s license preferred
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation and Benefits
Hours: Typical hours are 7:00 am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, with some weekends, subject to weather and seasonal changes.
