Quick Summary
We're looking for a weekend staff member to join our team and help us build a fair and accessible pathway for motorsport from first lap to Formula 4.
Required Skills
Job Description
We believe the world’s fastest driver hasn’t raced…yet.
At FAT Karting League, we’re changing motorsport.
Too often, racing has been about budget, not talent. We’re here to fix that — building a fair, accessible pathway from first lap to Formula 4.
No kart to buy, no hidden costs, just show up and race.
This isn’t just karting. It’s a system designed to find the next generation of drivers, whatever their background.
Backed by FAT International, we’re building something bigger than race weekends. We’re building a movement.
And none of it happens without the right people trackside.
Weekend Event Crew – 2026
We’re hiring across multiple roles to support our Denver events.
This is fast-paced, hands-on work. You’ll be part of the team delivering race weekends that feel professional, high energy, and built for the next generation of drivers. You don’t need to come from motorsport. You do need the right attitude.
The Roles
Event Operations
Keeping events running smoothly from setup to final flag. Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Customer Experience
Front of house, on the phone, and trackside. You’ll represent FAT — clear, confident, and great with people.
Mechanics (all levels)
Preparing and maintaining karts to a high standard. Whether experienced or learning, this is hands-on, detail-focused work.
Race Operations
Including:
• Race Director / Clerk
• Marshals
• Dummy Grid
• Timekeeping
Supporting safe, fair, and well-run racing. Structure, awareness, and good judgement matter here.
Driver Coaches
Working with young drivers to build confidence, improve performance, and get the most out of every session.
We are looking for people with a passion and understanding of motorsport who feel they could work as driver coaches to pass that knowledge on. These people will need to have good communication skills and need to be comfortable communicating with and working with children.
Why FAT
Because we’re not doing this the traditional way.
FAT Karting League is built to remove barriers, level the playing field, and let talent speak for itself.
That applies to our drivers — and our team.
