The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving both unit sales and financial services goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance

Drive motorcycle sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products.

Achieve monthly and annual sales volume targets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all motorcycle models, features, and promotions.

Financial Services

Present and explain financing options and extended warranties to customers.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies.

Meet or exceed financial services penetration and revenue goals.

Customer Experience

Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and financing process.

Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Operational Excellence

Accurately complete all sales and finance documentation.

Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to streamline processes.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in powersports or automotive.

Strong understanding of financing products and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
