Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Motion Graphics, Video & Multimedia Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality visual content across video, motion graphics, photography, and event coverage. The role supports brand awareness, campaigns, events, and digital platforms by delivering creative, on-brand, and timely content for social media, TV, OOH, internal communications, and corporate initiatives.
The role is responsible for executing end-to-end multimedia production, maintaining quality standards, and delivering video, motion, and event-related content aligned with INGOT’s brand identity, strategic objectives, and campaign goals.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Motion Graphics & Animation
Create high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for social media, events, OOH screens, TV, and internal campaigns.
Animate static designs and adapt content across multiple formats and screen sizes.
Ensure all motion content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Deliver optimized motion assets for TV, OOH, digital platforms, and social media.
Videography & Video Production
Manage full video production from concept to final delivery, including scripting, setup, lighting, filming, editing, and post-production.
Operate cameras and production equipment to produce professional-grade video and photography content.
Integrate voice-overs, sound design, background music, and ensure high-quality audio processing.
Ensure proper handling, organization, and maintenance of photography equipment and media assets.
Photography (Capture high-quality photography)
Corporate and public events.
Products and branding materials.
Executive and leadership portraits.
Ensure proper handling, organization, and maintenance of photography equipment and media assets.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Creative Support
Support the Design Team with static visuals, infographics, and campaign materials when required.
Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and other internal teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visual storytelling.
Research creative trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to propose innovative ideas and formats.
Media & Asset Management
Manage the media room, production equipment, and digital asset library.
Ensure proper organization, storage, backup, and version control of all creative materials.
Digital Advertising
Produce and adapt video and motion assets for digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Display Network, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
Resize, version, and optimize creative content to meet platform specifications, durations, and performance requirements.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure creative output aligned with campaign objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
Support landing pages and digital campaigns with motion and visual assets when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design, animation or a related field
2+ years of experience in a relevant role
Experience with professional video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender) or similar relevant tools
Strong understanding of video editing principles (pacing, storytelling, transitions)
Proven knowledge of color correction & grading
Proven Knowledge of sound design and audio mixing skills
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings
Familiarity with camera formats (RAW, Log footage, etc.)
Motion graphics fundamentals (keyframes, easing, typography animation)
Any relevant professional certificates or qualifications in Motion Graphics / video editing, or digital media – will be an advantage
English proficiency spoken and written / Arabic fluent spoken and written
Further Info:
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
The role is in Amman, Jordan
