Quick summary: We’re seeking an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to bring product visuals and demo videos to life. You’ll work closely with our performance and product teams to translate ideas into motion, from polished static designs to engaging animated content that tells a story, explains features, and drives conversion.

What you'll do

• Create motion graphics, product visuals, and demo videos that align with brand direction and performance goals.

• Animate static assets into clear, compelling motion sequences (UI flows, explainer animations, product showcases).

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to visualize ideas that support funnels, social, web, and campaign needs.

• Translate briefs into engaging motion concepts and iterate based on feedback and performance insights.

• Maintain consistency across motion styles and deliver assets for multiple platforms (web, social, ads).

• Help refine motion workflows and best practices across the creative team.

‍Who we're looking for

• A strong foundation in animation principles (timing, easing, anticipation, etc.)

• Solid experience working independently in Adobe After Effects

• Experience translating static designs into polished motion

• A product-focused mindset and hands-on experience with demo and product visuals

• Understanding of how motion and video support the funnel, from first impression to conversion

Salary range: €3,500 - 5,000/month gross, depending on experience.
