Motion Graphics Designer

Chain Reaction is an award-winning digital marketing agency based in GCC and Levant. We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more. Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer. A Senior Multimedia Designer leads the development of animation assets to support the production’s creative vision. He/She develops complex animation assets for production and mentors a team of animators to perform animation sequences and complex animation techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Use AI tools effectively to create and improve motion outputs
• Create and deliver motion and video content from idea to final output
• Turn ideas into clear and engaging motion
• Produce high-quality motion using modern tools and techniques
• Work closely with the creative team to develop ideas
• Keep visual consistency across all videos
• Review work before delivery and make sure it meets quality standards
• Improve and adjust work based on feedback
• Create ideas for social media and campaigns
• Coordinate with designers and finalizers during production

Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in motion design or multimedia

• Strong experience using AI tools and creating high-quality outputs

• Strong portfolio showing motion and video work

• Good skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro

• Good understanding of motion, timing, and transitions

• Experience in social media content

• Good eye for design (colors, layout, typography)

• Attention to detail

• Team player

• Open to feedback and quick to improve
