The Motion Graphic Artist role will work across a range of brands within the Evolution Group, creating artwork for predominantly digital purposes. Key projects will include creating marketing material for our new and existing portfolio of live casino offering while also being responsible for various corporate motion graphics.

Main Responsibilities

• Creation of animated banners, trailers and thumbnails in multiple formats featuring our new games and promotions
• Creation of logo idents
• Updating and refining our current motion graphic material in different languages
• Assisting in the ongoing maintenance of the corporate websites and getting involved in the creation of new content
• Producing finished motion design work for exhibitions and conferences
• Working with our in-house and 3rd-party 3D artist to achieve premium quality trailers and concept videos for our products
• Video Editing of supplied gameplay footage in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic sound editing and mastering in Audition which will then be passed onto a dedicated in-house sound team
• Able to create advanced custom animations (keyframe-based) and transitions as well as working with ready-made After Effects downloadable effects and templates
• HTML5 banners (training available during probation period if required) 
• To have an advanced level of Photoshop and illustrator to be able to prepare or improve assets before animation take place in After Effects
• Supporting all areas of marketing by creating various visual materials such as portrait social media stories, gif packs, cinemagraphs, animated posters and infographic-style animations for various platforms and purposes, such as exhibition screens to Instagram.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new motion design perspectives and ideas
• Support the marketing and design team in executing larger projects under their direction
• Contribute to an effective, efficient and productive marketing department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are followed
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required

• Degree in Motion Graphic Design or related field, covering the fundamentals of Motion Graphics
• At least 3 years of Motion Graphic Design experience
• Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment would be advantageous
• Skilled in the complete Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D Animation considered advantageous
• Knowledge in Figma considered advantageous
• Superior attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative
• Takes critique constructively and uses feedback to improve creative output
• Flexible approach to work – working proactively as part of a small team, in a larger organisation, with the ability to work alone as well as part of the team

Additional skills that would be considered advantageous:

• Basic 3D motion graphics in Cinema4D, Blender or equivalent software
• Graphic Design Experience, with an ability to cross reference from different workflows

Experience on larger-scale Commercial production is considered advantageous
