The position

We’re looking for a modern, AI-first Motion/Video Designer to craft compelling visual content that engages our customers, explains our products, and drives performance. This is not a traditional design role - we want someone who’s deeply familiar with generative AI tools, understands what performs in digital channels, and can deliver high-quality videos fast.

You’ll own video production across ads, explainers, product demos, onboarding journeys, and internal campaigns. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, content, and brand teams to tell stories that resonate - while scaling creative output through AI-powered workflows.

What you’ll do

• Design and animate short- and long-form video content across paid, owned, and internal channels
• Use GenAI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, etc.) for ideation, scripting, editing, voiceover, and localization
• Develop templates and scalable video systems for rapid content production
• Collaborate with brand, product marketing, and growth teams to align creative with campaign goals
• Produce explainers and visual assets that simplify complex financial concepts and drive customer understanding
• Continuously test and optimize video performance across engagement, CTR, conversion, and retention metrics
• Stay ahead of creative and platform trends across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in motion design and video content creation
• Proven portfolio of product explainers, social video, ad creatives, and short-form content
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real-world creative workflows (submit examples with outcomes)
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent
• Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI platforms like Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Pika, Sora, etc.
• Strong storytelling instincts, understanding of animation timing, and sound design
• Experience working cross-functionally with brand, content, and performance teams
• Bonus: 3D animation, scripting, sound editing, or mobile UI animation
