What you’ll do

• Create motion assets for product launches, demos, social, web, and brand initiatives

• Turn complex AI concepts into clear, engaging visual stories

• Collaborate closely with Product, Research, Marketing, and Design teams

• Own projects end-to-end. from concept development, storyboarding to final animation and delivery

• Build and maintain a consistent motion language

• Iterate quickly in a fast-moving startup environment

What we’re looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in tech or startup environments

• Strong skills in After Effects and modern motion design workflows

• Excellent storytelling, timing, composition, and visual communication skills

• Ability to execute independently from brief to final output (A-Z)

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

• High attention to details and the ability to manage multiple projects
