What You’ll Do
Define and document our motion principles, creating a system that’s flexible, scalable, and unmistakably Mistral.
Concept, design, and animate high-impact motion assets across all surfaces: brand, marketing, product, web, social, events, and beyond.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and external partners to ensure our motion language is consistent, innovative, and always on-brand.
Lead by example, guiding external agencies and partners to maintain the highest standards of craft and creativity.

You’re a Great Fit If:
✔ You have 5+ years of motion design experience, with a portfolio that showcases both explorations and polished, high-impact work.
✔ You’re obsessed with craft—every frame, transition, and interaction matters to you.
✔ You’re fluent in Figma and After Effects (or Cavalry), with a knack for turning complex ideas into seamless motion. ✔ You’re independent, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias for action and a love for solving problems.
✔ You’re a self-starter—curious, innovative, and eager to take initiative.
✔ You’re collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
✔ Bonus points for experience with Rive, Video editing, AI tools, 3D software.

Location & Remote

The position is based in our Paris HQ offices and we encourage going to the office as much as we can (at least 3 days per week) to create bonds and smooth communication. Our remote policy aims to provide flexibility, improve work-life balance and increase productivity. Each manager can decide the amount of days worked remotely based on autonomy and a specific context (e.g. more flexibility can occur during summer). In any case, employees are expected to maintain regular communication with their teams and be available during core working hours.
