Motion Design Contractor (Work Onsite)

Objective:
• We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Motion Designer to join our team.
• Interested candidates are invited to submit their portfolio along with their application.

Key Responsibilities::
• Design & Development: Create videos that align with the provided brief, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of visual presentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our creative project coordinators to understand requirements, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs are of the highest quality, both in terms of design and in alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.
• Timely Deliverables: Adhere to tight schedules and ensure all deliverables are submitted on time without compromising on quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to optimize processes and reduce production costs without sacrificing quality. Achieve set monthly cost-saving targets.

Required Qualifications and Skills::
• Work onsite at the office (Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm, 1:30pm - 6:30pm).
• Proven experience in motion design, preferably within the mobile gaming industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of mobile game aesthetics and user experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
