Job Description

We are looking for various mortgage positions for leading banks in the Franklin, TN area with salaries starting at 33,000 up to 60,000.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Complete, thorough analysis of loan files to determine compliance with investor, FHA,VA, RD, and State Housing guidelines.

Respond to post-closing, insuring, and audit reviews in a timely fashion.

Communicate loan decision to appropriate parties both orally and/or in writing.

Review and clear conditions.

Complete all required data entry into loan tracking systems.

Communicate to Loan Originator and Processor through calls or emails related to loan products, underwriting guidelines, loan scenarios, file statuses, etc.

Must be proficient in automated underwriting systems including Fannie Mae's Desktop Underwriter, Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector, and Rural Development's Guaranteed Underwriting System.
